I love my job but think i do not get paid for all my efforts that i put in. Every day is a new challenge on its own. I have to all correction for our account as well corrections for all stuff members.

Perfect learning environment

We are a small team of 5 our IT Manager myself as Sys Admin and 2 IT Technicians. We support a diverse platform of OEM systems and we Manage most of our systems in house with minimal support from our ISP. Most challenging aspects of my roll is supervise the team manage their workflow and also attend to my projects and day to day tasks which requires me to put in loads of after hours to meet deadlines.

Pros: Great learning opportunity, IT Manager is very open allowing exposure to all in the team
Cons: Over worked and under payed
