Excellent learning curve.

Freight forwarding is one of the stressful career paths any could ever take. -I send out status reports to clients every morning. -Register file and send through to customs for customs clearance. - Request charged from shipping line, send out transport instructions. -monitor shipment and also attend to quiries. - Process file for invoicing. -Process Port health, State vet, and Plant inspection. - Plan cross-border shipments and over border shipments.

Pros: Great working opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long working hours.

Learning curve

A typical day at work is usually hectic especially Mondays ,Tuesdays and Friday's. I have a very good relationship with my c-workers. I learnt to handle pressure . I enjoy working with clients. The most challenging aspects of the job is difficult and demanding clients.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning about the industry.
Cons: High volumes and long working hours.

- great working environment and culture - opportunities for growth and promotion - communication from senior executives open - family orientated company - efforts of employees are noticed - salaries are sometimes not market related, especially for entry level employees
