I would like to make my family better to provide for them and to learn and to make someone of myself i want a better future with great benifits please help me I have a full day at my work want better i work one shift need more i would like to make more money and do my best

Good learning curve

aDay's work star at 6:00in the morning and its a 9hour shift ,. It involves attending of breakdowns on production machines and mantenance of machines on sevice.. We work as a team and rarely do we encounter negetivity from fellow workers , the relationship is excellent. . In this job learning is adaily routine as we encounter different problems on theachines and have lso learnt how to handle pressure and working pwople of of diversy cultural background . My j9b is bery enjoysble because it makes production to moveand the most challenging aspect of the job is is you can either make production or destroy due to downtime if you fail to fix breakdowns within expected time limits.

Pros: Career development
Cons: Underground environment not hundred percent safe

Many challenges are faced when starting up new contracts, recruiting of unskilled labour,

Enjoy engaging with my teams and seeing the positive end result and commitment. Most challenges, to much Hierarchy and red tape. Language barriers are sometimes an issue. Major issues arise when invoicing the client, a lot of Red tape etc. Typical work day 6 -3 pm daily. Salaries are paid on the last day of the month.

Pros: Not really anything specific. I have a job that i'm greatful for.
Cons: Salary - no increase in the last 2 years, no proper incentives
