It is an excellent learning curve, have learnt different types of people and customer relations.

The shop operates 7 days a week and its three sales people, a manger and a general assistant. We communicate very well with each other and have understanding of our professional and personal views. We interact with different customers on daily basis where we get to learn different languages to accommodate our clientele. The best types to enjoy yourself is the time where you tell your customer about out product and making them see furniture in another way. Yeah at most times the job can be challenging in terms of prospecting and getting more customers in store as we have competitors.

Pros: You reach your target three consecutive months you get a promotion
Cons: We also work on weekends and long hours

Good communicated

My name Ismael Mpedi born in Dennilton come to Pretoria to work for Rochester furniture,Im hard working person will to learn where is possible to do,im completed my matric in year 2000,i person who like a challenge and give the campony anything that the deserve to me,i will like to grow at all time and get promosion if possible

The best learning curve

It is a great company to kick start a career because you get to interact with high profile clients. A place where one learns how to become a great sales person because you are are in charge of your sale from the purchasae, to the ordering up until delivery of your product and the after sale service. I have learnt a lot in the company and feel that I have grow a lot as a person.
