I'm good person en I like / respect my work

Good Listening at work, I respect my work .I'm a fast quick to learn work. I'm a good person when it come to business. I like to communicate with other people at work. I can work under pressure .I can work without supervision. I love house keeping.I love work with people.I can make sure that we got stock at a right time and right quantity and right price. I can increase profit and reduce loss in the company by providing good customer service.

Quite a lot learnt in restaurant

Shift starts go in with checklist from front to back and discuss with staff what needs to be done today, stock take check emails from head office, take a walk through the restaurant with staff to make sure everything is in order, I also get stuck into cleaning (at the end of every shift) with my staff, roll my sleeves up and get stuck into assisting in the kitchen when there is an overload, there is a pleasant, happy atmosphere in the shop with all staff, I have learnt that if you work in this industry its hard work but can be very rewarding if everyone pulls together. It is very rewarding to get complimented on the meal, or excellent service. Visiting customer tables and you can see the food is being enjoyed. I can communicate at all levels and pride myself in my job that i am been paid to do. Most challenging is to understand how people can be employed for the job and not know how to do it. It is interesting but i want to move on. Thank You Cliff

Exelent learning Curve

Good its an honor to be able to communicate directly with a people of your calliber.
