Learned alot about admin and working as part of a team.

Robor is a good company that build up to become the best in the industry. They just do not look after their employees. You are not cared for and you are just another tool that can be replaced. Over the years co-workers becomes family but then they are replaced with incompotent and inexperienced people just because they can pay them less. The quilty of work is falling behind internaly and starting externaly aswell. We do not want to take pride in our work anymore because we get overlooked and overloded with work. Your employees determine the quality of the product and the make your company work. Look after them. Not just a short term problem. Going on for a few years now. I like to work as part of a team, work hard and take pride in my work. But not in unfair circumstance without being appreciated.

Steel industry

The steel industry has taken a big dip in the last three years. People have had to deal with forced leave, working fewer days a week and taking unpaid leave due to leave balances being low due to forced down time. People are trying to stay positive and focussed. Competition is fierce and its a race for the best price in the market, afterall we are all selling the same product. The people you work with make it worth going to work and we try and stay committednto still being the best you can at what you do.

Pros: Experience in consumable purchases
Cons: Forced leave and no increases
