Need a job where I can achieve positive outcomes.

I ended up I'm a retirement complex and it was interesting and challenging. I learned that in order to become the best manager, staff empowerment is vital.Sub-ordinates need to be intellectually equipped to know and apply didactics throughout. Autocratic leadership is 95% destructive...and unprofessional behaviour is not welcome in the profession.These negativity prompted me to leave the job..as I am not prepared to lose norms/values/ethics.

Underpaid no field to learn more you just stuck in one place

Excellent working opportunity in the NPO environment.

I worked for the last 19 years doing debtors and creditors.

My most challenging job is to keep my age analysis to 30 days payment. Problem solving is also something I enjoy and my bank recons is one of my job profiles that I enjoy the most. I'm kind of OCD which is not a bad thing. It just make a person to be exact to the point with any kind of job profile. I'm a fast learner and effective in my job and always get the job done as quick as possible.
