Excellent learning curve
My company is a big sized industry and we deal mostly with small to medium sized roads and building projects. I work in a friendly enviroment as I share an office with 6 of my coworkers and we have a very good and productive relationship. I have learnt to work in a team and to give my best to meet deadlines. I always enjoy reaching project milestones on time and seeing my manager very relaxed. The most challenging assept is the lack of working tools and small office where its easy to lose very valuable information.

Excellent learning curve
I am very well mannered young woman and believe in working for the good of the company. I am currently not employed as my employment contract ended last year November. I always work to the best of my ability and I master the administration work especially in the government and construcrion field. I have sound and good relationship with clients and my coworkers as I am a very friendly person. I have learnt a lot about the infrastructure industry and the government sphere on everything works out. I enjoy reaching milestones and closing out projects. To assist proffessional is the most challenging as one has to be in one mind with them but I enjoy getting to learn something from them

Good career growth
I am working for a very friendly Department, the Department that allows the employees to grow their careers. there is Skills Development facilitator who is responsible for developing the employees of the department. In Human Resource Development we are dealing with giving bursaries to the previously disadvantaged pupils that resides from the Eastern Cape but studying to any institution in South Africa. We are also responsible for the placement of the graduates in an Internship programme, and also T-VET learners. Lastly we also conduct training for all employees of the Department. we collect their training needs and arrange trainings according to those needs.

Good working relationship
I work an 8-16:30 job. My daily routine is scanning, interacting with AG regarding payment vouchers. Loading scanned document to the Document Management system. Attending to queries. Accurate storing of vouchers. We are a team of 12 working inter alia as requested. Challenges are when our clients do not do their part. Fortunately we keep record of what to do how to do who to do and when must it be done.
Pros: Great networking environment
Cons: Travelling long distance everyday

I was in studebt in free enterprise yoday so called enactus Ukzn . I went to fnb and awarded being the best consultant in the province. I always strive for best.

Dedicated and hard working employee
I am a highly motivated and ambitious person who strives to achieve whatever goals I set for myself. My ability to adapt and learn new things has been greatly enhanced by the structures I have served under, and the expertise I have acquired in the academic field. I desire to obtain a position in a reputable organization that offers prospect for growth and of course that relate to the principles of Supply Chain Management

Working with internal and external clients doing score sheet for the specific project filling, photocopying answer phone calls and making calls to the clients

Working with different types of people
I was working on contract basis at Dept of Public Works. My contract expired on January 2019. My work was always on teamwork basis. Whenever someone needs help, team is always helping with anything concerning work. Being a contract worker was always frustrating me whereas i was so happy to work with the department.

The face of company's progress is through the commitment and dedication of its employees
Working in a construction industry has been a very interesting path of my life. Projects have formed part of my career and I enjoy participating in each one. I work at a very friendly enviroment with a team who are giving it all to make sure the job is done at a stipulated time frame. Not all projects and people are the same, understanding the concept and peoples characters is the main core to work well as a team. I really feel happy and enjoy when every milestone is reached. Dealing with rude and unproffessional clients is the most challenging aspect.

During my time everything i learned and experienced on the daily basis
Public works was a great company to work in its a dynamic organization with friendly people who participate in very activity and fan raising undertaken in the company. I had a great experience being part of the division i made friends, brothers and sisters such a great place to be in, working normal hours with no overtime everyone happy with their jobs never experience any diffulties no conflicts with my co-works, supervisor as we understand each other very well.
Pros: There was never an opotunity for a promotion as much as my supervasor had wanted me to stay longer there were no posts available at the time.
Cons: 08:00 to 16:30 monday to friday working hours
