Excellent learning route

I love working with RAF because I do have good relationship with my line managers as well as my co-workers. I do variety of things and that does not bring boredom to my day. since I am working with networks, telephones, active Directives, E-mails etc. the most important things that I enjoy most is doing what I love that is serving and helping people with computer problems and technical stuff. ICT is what I love doing daily as my work. nevertheless, there are things which are challenging especially with our services e.g network problem. late deliveries. Long time waiting services

Cons: working under pressure
