A great company to work for
I have grown through the ranks in the corporate /public service. I have generalised and specialised in the field of Human Resources Management. I have gained credible experience in the field of Human Resources Management and would like to be afforded and opportunity to showcase my skills and learning capabilities in the field of Organisational Development. I am a great team player, and the RAF offers a good platform to operate with full autonomy in the execution of my work. The work environment of the RAF is warm and welcoming as well as collaborative between departments and sections. I enjoy doing more research and developing concept documents for continuous development on policies and frameworks in Organisational Development.

A great company to work for

Excellent learning curve
I have worked in the organisation for more that 5 years, in different divisions. I have learned the importance of team work and valuing people I work with. No person if perfect and each person has tgeir own aspect of additions in my work. My typical day at work is preparing my bosses day, documentations for each meeting she will be attending the following day, reports management, minutes, presentations and attending to telephone calls, I manage documents brought for approval, by reading through and ensuring that she approves the correct documents, I verify contracts with contracts management or advisors to ensure that what the GM signs is in line with the agreements with service providers. I am already used to the pressure so there really not much challenges.

Time Management and being dedicated to my daily basis job
Raf, is a very big organization and its need someone who is very dedicated to his/her daily work, time management is the key to people who work to reach the company's deadline in time. Self discipline is what I have learnt while I was busy working at RAF. The relationship with my collegues was awesome and perfect. Respect yourself first and that's where it's going to be easy for you to respect others, with self discipline! I enjoyed working as a team as its also helped me to feel like I'm with my family. My first day of work at RAF was a very long day, I was supposed to fill 12boxes alone with files that I should check, record in the record book register, pack sequentially and file them in the large box
Pros: If I was working for permanent position, yes I was going to be prompted
Cons: I don't mind to work overtime as long as we are going to reach the company's Target

Excellent Learning Curve
It 's very challenging and exciting at the same time. I have a great team of professional, who have work ethics, respect, value for others and their opinions. I have learned to be effective, respectful of others no matter the position I hold in the organization, to communicate, writing skills have improved extensively because all our seniors have their different ways of writing which has taught me to adapt and learn different ways of writing. My relationship with my co-workers is that which I can be able to ask for held from any of them and I will receive it, we have grown to be a family and care for each other. I have worked with different personalities in this organization, from CEO to Executives, General Managers and Senior Managers and have enjoyed every moment of it even in the challenging times

Excellent teamwork
I work with a team of 8, we receive medical bills from accident victims or their attorneys. We assess and review them according to the personal injuries of the insured life. We also receive medico-legal report that I assess for briefing of attorneys for court procedures and I am also responsible of making compensation offers according to the general damages.
