Iam well presented,hardworking and flexi person

Its a very challenging environment,I won't lie,but you must make sure you wake up in the morning being prepared to face any cicurmstances or challenges,sometimes the communication may be sound sour from the Manager but you must be able to control and monitor all the situation.it mould the relationship always on time. The very challenging thing is that I work alone.no team work,but I always tell my self I will do it because I came for it. I have learnt to stand on my own,complaining is not an answer,but action,brave and listening is a key to open new doors.I enjoy to discuss with life skill together with my colleagues

Great Enhancer

Working has been a great learning curve. It has taught me patience as well as enhansing my communication skills.the duration of my years of working have been absolutely amazing because I have put all my skills to great use. I have learned to dedicate my time and energy to what I truly love doing and that has made me a better person and has also boosted my self awareness and self asteem

I had a great experience

I had a good career grooming opportunity, most of the days were challenging But concentration and commitment served as a good tool of improvement and in most cases loyalty took it's course.

Excellent learning curve

I capture about 80 maintenance requests per day. Book parking and meeting rooms. I've learnt to have patience and my listening skills have been better. I enjoy resolving issues that are brought to my attention and i get a sense of achievement when issues are resolved within the time frame. I've learnt to communicate better with different levels of employees ( contractors & main staff ) My work requires me to be desk bound and at times and that can be very challenging. Time management is very important and being helpful and not only focus on my job description but to be flexible at all times.

Pros: Learning new things that are outside my scope.
Cons: Being desk bound.

Excellent learning curve

It it is a good place for plenty learning. The co workere friendly and helpful. It is very fast paced as it is the retail. Great learning environment, with plenty of opportunity to learning. Learning is incourouged. Courses are offered free by the business. It is a very stressful environment and very fast paced due to it being in the retail space. Opportunity for growth within the business is limited . Promotions are not many. Benefits are also not many, there are no benefits

Good to explore the packing world

i am hard working person able to adjust to shifts,and i have a good relationship with co-workers. Ihave learned alot from mecharndising to being a sales representative.Ienjoy new ideas and challenges. The most challenging aspects is make sure your packing has an eye catching to customers

Good house keeping

Hi my name is Siboniso Gabela. I'm a hard working person. And l like to work as merchandiser cause of my experience in retailing. I started to work at Makro for 5years as merchandisers now im with RMS working at builders warehouse. And i have code 10 drivers licence with pdp.
