Good Team Player, work well under tight deadlines and very passionate about cleint management
I am responsible for ongoing client consultation, this include stakeholder engagement and finding better ways on how we can improve the clients daily experience. As a corporate service manager I have a good working relationship with internal staff members and with co-workers, we work well together as a team in achieving greater result. I have learn the importance of doing been ethical and I have the spirit of ubuntu - treating human beings as I will like to be treated. I enjoy working with all different kinds of people and exploring their culture. System outages and instability is what currently challenge me in my job, when we have intermittent systems challenges our client cannot do their daily banking operations - this frustrate both clients and staff members.

Opportunity to study
Very challenging, need matured and self driven people. Good company to work for, I have a good relationship with core workers because at the end of the day is not about you as an I individual, is about the company and what you put out there to assist in making the company grow, your input, your ideas and mostly practising TCF amongst our client. I enjoy serving clients and go an extra, I'd I helped the client to my best of my ability, to their satisfactory, I regard that day a production and I can say I've archived something. I've learn that we have to listen before responding, get to know your customer's needs and understand where they come from, in that way, you can be able to assist. The most challenging aspects of my daily work is dealing with payments and authorisation, client don't have patience

I learnt how do do processes
My day starts with doing stats then receiving boxes from product house, some days I have to be ready with Metro Files boxes too. my relationship with my co-workers is professional. I have learnt how to do processes from being to end I enjoy learning new things that what makes the job interesting Most challenging on the job is when scanners are not working and having a team of 4 people who needs to work with the scanners I have to make sure IT comes out faster then excepted
Pros: There is a lot of growth here
Cons: the downfall here is that I am only a project worker

Great learning curve in the Operational Risk department
I ave a great working relationship wit my colleagues and always go the extra mile in assisting others even if it is in departments which are not part of my job description. I have learnt a lot in operation risk and loading products and sign offs on SharePoint.
Pros: There is a lot of room for growth as long as individual is willing to upgrade themselves professioally
Cons: The hours are flexible and there is option to work from home if need be

I'm an experienced KYC Specialist with Call Centre Experience
I have a given portfolio with a maximum of 100 to 200 clients to review. My work requires complete accuracy. RMB is a great company to work for. The staff is friendly and work as a team.

I have learnt alot since January to due in the Corporate world
A typical day at work for me is doing stats, removing boxes to Metro File and receiving boxes from Product House for my team to work on. to make sure that stats are accurate and distribute boxes to team members making sure every one has work. I have learnt how to do processes from beginning to end and how o do Quality Assurance on what the scanning team has index onto documentum. what I enjoy mostly is learning new things every day. Challenging aspects for me is that not everyone is the same and it is sometimes difficult to understand why people would want to undermine you even though you doing your job right

There is alot to learn
A typical day at work is doing stats, getting boxes off site to Metro file. Do QA sometimes scanning and indexing helping out scanners too. Receive boxes from Product House. My relationship with my co- workers is professional. I've learnt how to do processes from start to finish. learning is what I enjoy most. Challenges in this job is when our scanners are not working
