I've learned a lot when coming to Risk

Since I've been with the brand I've learnt a lot when it comes to Admin, because of the position I'm at. My duties on a daily basis are to do my reports when i get to work such as daily financial reports and inventory. Daily hazard counts and and make sure we are ready for trade . After that is done go assist in the floor with customer sevice and floor cover . I've learned a lot the risk side of the business and how to analyse reports . I do enjoy working with customers and heating their different views when it comes to certain styles.

Pros: The flexibility is one of the pros , because it's stretches your way of thinking .
Cons: Theft

Good customer interaction and Personal Growth

It was a great learning curve for me working in River island learnt a lot about customer service and how to interact with customers. Developed excellent communication skills ,learnt a lot about different types of people and a skill of knowing what a customer wants before the tell you. Its always important to be a very good listener and put yourself in a customers shoes. With all that said I am a very fast learner and personal growth is very important to me. I take my job seriously and most importantly enjoy meeting and interacting with people for I believe its important to also learn a thing or two about things..the most challenging aspects is learning to not show emotions when unease ,working hours and having to deal with rude management.

Good experience communication skills,recieving incoming calls and taking calls.

Being at River Island was really a great journey. I have leaned a lot and have gained so much experience during the whole process. My co-workers were very helpful and understanding and the manager was very caring and helped me a lot. Working throughout the day and gaining knowledge in customer services and communication was the major key cause we deal with customers everyday so it was very significant to approach customers and assist them in order for them to purchase and make sells.

Pros: Hard work and determination.
Cons: 6-8hours
