Paying attention to details

Answer Telephone Help Agents with information and stationery Answer emails Order stationery and cleaning material Very happy environment as we have to engage with them on a daily basis I enjoy working as a team the most challenging part is paying attention to everything written in each application form before I process it.

Pros: when its time for deadline I see I can work under pressure.
Cons: Sometimes the agents do not come to the office which makes my day very boring as i have nothing to do.
