You are free to keep your own time and work at your leisure. The more you work the more you make. There is no office hours and no morning or late afternoon traffic that you have to deal with. A typical work day consists of planning your day and arranging appointments to do surveys in a particular area, conducting the surveys of about 3-4 surveys a day. By lunch time your day on the road iscompletem thereafter return home and compile the reports of the surveys done that day. Typically reports afe completed by 5pm. A lot of the time overtime work is required in the evenings if appointments have run into ghe afternoon. Overall its a very interesting and rewarding job even after 10 years theres always something to learn and keep you stimulated.

Pros: Learnt a lot about my capabilities as a sole proprietor and the dedicated person one must be.
Cons: No basic salary
