Excellent working curve

I am a student at Rio Casino Resort ,i love what i do here on a daily basis because working with people is one of my strong points. I love my colleagues because they make feel at home they show me the way to go forward and what and what not to do. I work with guests on daily basis upon arrival when checking them in and on their departures when i check them out. I also face challenges of difficult customers but as a person i have learned how to handle such situations. I am a hard worker,friendly and outgoing.

Good communucation

am interested in the position because am a hard worker and fast learner. I worked at nandos Klerksdorp city mall as a cashier and waitress and the worked for satastic sa as a field worker. am currently working at rio casino as a gaming security.At rio casino my job is to proctect company asserts, customer and employers, checking all the in and out with the company . I verify , escort and observe every movement in the gaming floor.i also work with all the department that is in casino and do promotions and jackpot

Farst learner willing to know and learn different kinds of things

As a Supervisor I don't recognise myself or been recognised like a supervisor by my team they see me as a Leader because I understand were they come from and always put my self in their shoes. And o enjoy working as a team I have learned not to be a monster to people but to be an open hearted person so that it can be easy for them to talk to me of everything Preparing for the shift before it starts always with my team

Pros: Doing or running all promotions from tables to slots
Cons: Ables to work long hours and managing your work because that is what is expected of you and also working in all erias like vault and the booth.

Best Times At Peermont

My hard-working nature at Peermont has paid off exponentially beyond expectations. Since 2012 when joining the group, I have been promoted to Promotions Manager and now Marketing Manager. The growth opportunity afforded has enhanced my outlook about life and my career and I have even registered for a course in Business Management which the company is paying for and I am looking forward to my next career movement.
