Excellent growth opportunity

Working at Rightsource as a Team Manager has provided me with so much opportunity to grow in my role and personally. I work and lead a team of +-40 consultants on a daily basis, within my day I ensure that all consultants scheduled for the shift are at work and on time, ensure that all consultants are ready and prepared for the work and targets set for the day. I have great working relationship with my team as they are able to approach me when they come across any challenges in their role. I have learnt to work with different personalities and have learnt to build relationships through mutual respect and understanding. I enjoy coming to work and making a difference in my space through positive influence and enjoy seeing my staff grow into better consultants and into better positions through interactions I have had with them.

Great learning opportunity

I work with about 85 employees. Majority of our work since it is Telecommunication we work on our own. We deal mostly with the students of various ages from 5 up to 75. Our job is targeted at people who are from China and would love to learn English. We have the opportunity to speak to and teach up to 6 students per lesson we have. From time to time we are required to do little team building activities and also spend time encouraging each other and assisting each other in areas that we might find a bit difficult. So not only should we be strong workers but also know how to help another get to a stronger level.

Pros: Great exposure to people of a different culture and also improving communication skills
Cons: No promotional opportunities not benefits
