Hardship but good starter

According to me,working for Rieses Food Imports is challenging and I learn to work under pressure because I'm doing 8 stores upwards in a day so every store must be perfect before I leave but dont reach all my calls because I'm working against time.I do have good relationship with my co-workers because we need each other.i have learned that we have to work as a team because we have one goal which is reach the set target.I enjoy when see the good results of our hardwork as a team and getting praise from our Regional manager.

I always want to improve my self

I like what i do and i alway want to learn and grow my self I do like a challenge and i also like to work in a team I have worked in big company's and in small ones I started as a merchandiser and worked my self up through all the different positions.

Pros: Been a long time in fmcg

fast moving, always looking for new ways to selling our product and keep customers happy, and still keep cost at minimal.company that moves with times, alway have innovative way of working and they always invest in thier staff well being.

Excellent learning negotiations with suppliers that dont speak english

Check stock levels, check in with freight service providers, place orders, drive new product process, check progress with staff, to ensure boundaries are in place and not take on more than required, always deliver results ahead of schedule, communicate the benefits of new systems, challenges lack of understanding of agreed priorities

Pros: autonomy
Cons: long hours, no lunch break, every weekend work to meet dealines

Excellent Industry For growth

There's never a day to waste in the Retail industry. "Sales" are what keep the company growing and reaching the given target at due time is always a challenge.
