My aim is to make a different
I WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN AN ORGANIZATION WHERE I CAN USE MY QUALIFICATION IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. THE JOB I AM APPLYINY FOR IS A GOOD OPPRTUNITY FOR ME TO WORK ACTIVELY AND PRODUCTIVELY IN MY FIELD O F EXPECTISE AND APPLY MY SKILL.
Pros: A business strategy is the means by which it set out to achive it desire end.
Cons: An organisation tells your customer why they should use my organisation service or buy my product. It serves as my organisation value proposition.

I Know business, hungry for financial gain, ready to change peoples lives, financialy.
I love working will people, making them realise their true potential. I understand how important making profit for a company is, and the importance of a well structured and supported organisation, with processes that add value to our organisation, making our jobs more productive and cost effective. Our companies staff are the most important asset, their happiness, their feeling part of the team "Family" makes our company function to its true potential. I have had the benefit to be mentored by very successful business executives through my career, and I am ready to pass what I have learnt on to my colleagues. I enjoy changing peoples lives, making them realise their full potential, making them successful in their Jobs and private lives. I do not enjoy micro managing, as I believe we are all adults, and know what we have to do daily, to grow our net worth.

Credit control manager
I have a department of 11 credit controllers that I am in charge of. Ricoh is an international company that specialises in printers and scanners. My role is to monitor staff performance and set target which includes motivating staff. I handle difficult customers that are being referred to me by the controllers. I assist and check reconciliation that are done. Monthly reports form part of my job description ,whereby i report to the financial director of the company.

Excellent learning curve but would want to grow
Generating of orders, checking and processing of orders. Handling queries and maintaining good customer service. I work in a team and enjoy being a team player and work with minimal supervision. I have passion for sales and for people.
Pros: Great company to grow and develop myself but the platform is never granted
Cons: Not many black managers therefore seems like there isnt any growth

Not good as they are retrenching
Not good working as they are retrenching, employed alot of people just to get rid of them and false promises. If I knew this before hand I would have chosen different. Kind Regards Jp Grobbelaar

Learned a lot about the corporate world
• I am responsible for stripping of machines “Printers”. • I assist the Engineers with software installations of the printers. • I also played a big role with printer set-up and installations. • I have gained knowledge in machine warehouse management. • I am also responsible for assessing/inspecting company cars. • I visited customers on daily bases to install machines. • I have gained sound customer services skills. • Troubleshooting machines. • Software installations. • Help desk support and maintenance

Excellent learning curve
Nice environment, friendly people always willing to assist you in any possible. I have learnt leadership skills and time management. I really enjoyed the flexible working hours because it allows you to arrange your life.

Excellent experience to learn
Doing data capturing is most exciting job and also working with cos is great, learnt good behaviour and how to work with teams and what I like the most is good management.The most challenging aspect is when we have to work under pressure to meet the target maybe a daily or weekly target
