who I am always looking to learn and gain more experience in my field of work. I work well with people and work well alone. I resolve issues perfectly and on time. Learning Curve

i work at a private colege and I love teh job as a facilitator a sit helps the underprivilaged as I facilitate projects a to unemployed youth so thatthey can have a certificate and dido something with their lives but my salary is small I can not live off it and management does not make it easy for me to do my job a.

I have learned and gained experiencing

Configure computer hardware and software •Repair computer hardware and replace faulty parts • Ensure effective functioning of computer Equipment • Maintaining physical and/or workplace equipment to achieve work objectives • Ensure the software support to end user • Maintain application software’s • Attend logged calls daily on IT related query • Supporting Transversal systems (Paab,Bas,Persal,Srm and Sap) • providing support to telecommunications • Support LAN and WAN • Monitoring the analyser communication system •Knowledge of Microsoft office suite such as (MS word, excel power point and access). Knowledge of AD(Active-Directory) • Resetting users password

Pros: I'm looking forward to have this career as my life time job
Cons: i will work as the company procedure

Lack of validation

The Typical work day is long and demanding, with little or no validation. Because of the lack of teamwork and backstabbing, Ive learnt to not rely on anyone else, and to do everything for myself. I enjoy working with new clientelle and interacting with people who have different skills sets. it cuts the monotony and helps with my own development.

Pros: Great opportunities to Educate yourself.
Cons: Profit driven culture with no interest in staff welfare

You get exposed to new people and they boost the level of communication

Even though the salary is small, I've learnt a lot of things in the working environment and the relationship I had with co-workers gave me the confidence

Pros: you do your own personal research and wirte reports to the manager
Cons: long working hours and sometimes it is noisy around

A learning curve

lesson planning, preparation and research contact/teaching time with pupils checking and assessing pupils' work encouraging personal development via tutorial/pastoral work invigilating examinations arranging work experience placements attending staff meetings liaising with other professionals/employers

I am ambitious, able to adapt and able to do every work that I am given

Always working with people as a team, able to solve problems Always working I always have good relationship with my coworkers, I work well with them and I want everyone to get along around me I have learnt to be always positive, and be productive to the company I enjoy being a leader The manager is not an easy person

Pros: Being rewarded with a bonus when one does a good job
Cons: Over working with no breaks
