Excellent learning curve

I do the administration work collecting and recording students payments and some times giving advices to students and their parents on how they might go on paying thei fees. I have a great relationship with my co workers and I have learnt a lot from them and from the company as well. Ok really enjoy my job and I like to be the one coming with solutions, but it becomes challenging when I had to trust customers (students) with the money not knowing if they will pay by the time promised.

Pros: Not great opportunity for promotion
Cons: No long working hours

Tim management skills and communication skills

I would like to have the opportunity to work with the individual people around the company. Am very interested on working with each other am good at communicating skills and knowledge and time management skills during working hours

Good working environment

My job include engaging with clients over through calls,some will be impatient and make your day bad,because they expect you to give them whatever they enquire if not then a person will swear at you and all that. I get along well with my fellow workers and we respect one another. I have learnt the importance of Ubuntu,teamwork and marketing. I enjoy assisting students and helping clients when they come to do enquiries. Working with difficult clients and dealing with students who are rude.

Pros: Great exposure for new careers
Cons: working on weekends

Excellent working conditions

my current company situation is good, i do my daily work correctly and i know very well my day to day job. my relationship with the co-worker is good they are friendly and they have a good communication skills. I have learned a lot from them like how to treat others and how to work in team and communication skills. I enjoy working there, they always have smiles and friendly, i know my job and i am good at it as they do to. the most challenging thing for me working on sutardays.

No opportunity for growth.

Working hours are flexible but there is no opportunity for growth. Students were great and wonderful to work with but the management structure was very poor.

Excellent

As I ompleted my diploma in information technology, my duty is help other students with computer literacy (word, excel, access and PowerPoint), including programming languages (Linux, JavaScript and c++). My work is very impressive as I am a committed person.
