I have learn a lot when its come's from the hygiene.

It is the biggest company in the southern hemisphere.good minded person respect their co-worker driven targets.there's is room for growth if you working hard

I have learn lot of things like working as a team and one

I have a good relationship with co-workers, and every day we learn any skill that help us to achieve our daily target. I have learn lot of things like shelf life of the product, printing sell by used by date and also operating video jet

Pros: it is not good for the great oppotunityfor promotion as it takes long time to be promoted
Cons: we have normal time of working

Recommission Plant Ready Meals

Download the morning supplier plan get it on the floor. Align the supplier plan we production plan and submit to the floor. Check raws levels for the next three production days. Top up where necessary dry and wet raws. Do floor walk about checking conditions of equipment. Double check the maintenance plan which lines should be made readily available. Have a short daily invocom with production supervisor/controllers. Review and monitor of previous run realign if necessary the days production. Daily Operations meeting reporting on production numbers. Receive updates on up coming projects. Plan for the night shift team. Allocate resources for the follow day production ran.

Learn a lot

Work as a team and learn a lot at each other.Enjoy to rebuild machines and do improvements to work smarter.The most challenging of my job is to do things wright the first time and let the plant run without downtime.

Open plan or working alone its fine Work hand in hand with coworkers I've learnt to respect other people views I'm enjoying to do month ends and understand my job and other people work Being threatened by helping other from their jobs

Excellent

I'm a self dedicated person, I love working as a team but I do my best when I'm alone. Working for this company gave me a lot of confidence in whatever I do at work now I can address people and give them instructions and my management is very supportive when you need their help they always available.

Learn about safety and chemicals, how to handle food. And hygiene

I come in at 05;00 in the morning to prepare pastry for the production lines so that when come in at 07;00 the pastry has rested enough for the lines to run. It must be rested for atleast for an half hour so that it does not brake when they running in the lines. I must also run the machine to prepare the pastry for the lines. First the VMI its the machine for mixing the pastry and after that it goes to the laminator, the laminator combines the dough with fats it goes tothe lines. We have a team of 6 people working together, the most challenging party is when the lines start to run at 07;00 and the pastry is not enough because they after a target for the day and we get left behind its the thoghest job to do.

Pros: The is room to grow in the company in those classes we write tests we get certificates
Cons: We only entitled to 2 hours over time

Great company learned to juggle a lot of responsibilities

Great place to work in excellent stepping stone 9.5 hour work day Great workers always joyfull and making jokes Sharing my knowledge with my colleagues was the most exciting events with the company Also learn a lot from my engineers The woolworths standard was the most challenging And exciting aspect of working in the food company
