Pros: Great if you are extremely desperate for money to live day by day
Cons: No opportunities for career growth or benefites like pension fund

Overworked and underpaid

Poor communication between management and subordinates, high staff turnover, poor morale and possibilities for promotion are non existent. Dictative management style and employees are rarely asked to participate in decision-making. Salary rates are very poor and leaves much to be desired. As a result staff are alienated and do not feel part of the organisation. Organisation style us strict and formal, high levels of conflict exists.

Excellent work ethic

I typically work shifts And I absolutely Love the change.I have learnt a lot within the company and the duties It performs.The environment is friendly which makes it easier to ask or learn

Pros: It's good company for growing your knowledge
Cons: Long working hours

Entry level

Management is rude and disrespectful towards employees. Salary paif according to race nit qualifications and experience. No room fro growth. Nepotism
