Developed new skills, improved communication skills and problem solving skills.

Worked on big projects where I Developed new skills, improved my communication skills with workers under my supervision aswell as my co workers and Klient’s and my problem solving skills as being the head of the company there is many problems on a regular basis. Improved my skills in all aspects of running a start up company and making it grow into a successful big construction company. I also improved my skills in sourcing for jobs and doing quotes
