I am a problem solver with vast experience from different industries within costing. For different companies I have managed between 2 - 3 personnel in finance to carryout the set goals of the company. I need to move back to Johannesburg where my family that is the reason for my leaving the company I work for now.

Pros: Working at Rheinmetall is a learning curve theres always new challenges you come across daily.
Cons: at times i am required to work weekends or knock off late whenever is neccesarry

I worked for Rheinmetall denel munition for 3 years under Capacity agency i was paying that promotion fee until the post for permanent arrived then we paid R2000 to become permanent after being permanent i paid again promotion fee to be Team leader so someone paid more than me so i said to the manager and supervisor that i am tired of paying the fee so they said to me what are you planning to do i said i will tell Ceo at lets talk someone promise to kill me then i end up doing sealy thing for management to dismiss me because when i am writing reignition letter always they throw it away i can just say being permanent for RDM for that one year ruined my life.because now i cannot find other job but god is there he will fight for me.be careful at Forging department.

My work experience
I am currently responsible to review all plant manufacturing instructions, ensuring that safety measures were considered. I was also responsible for compiling the company risk assessments from scratch, because we went over to a new format. I am actively involved in incident investigations, investigating complaints, audits and inspections, attending meetings, making contributions to weekly and monthly reports, etc. Being a SHE Officer, you are required to have good people skills. Work days are packed. I enjoy working with people and helping them when it comes to dealing and understanding safety systems. I do not know everything, but I will not learn what I do not know if I do not go out and find out what I need to learn. Something else I have learned is to never assume anything. Investigate, check and challenge.
Pros: Safety is always an interesting line of work
Cons: I may enjoy my work, but my greatest obsticle will always be people.

I am responsible for the plant in Potchefstroom, assisted by cost accountant and other finance administrators. I interact with all departments on a daily basis in order to achieve the set goals of the plant and the company at large. My main functions; 1Control on BOM 2Control over variances 3Identifying lack of efficiencies and continuously recommending corrective measures 4Stock controls measures and management 5Determining profitability of our products.
Pros: Greate company to work for with opportunity for growth
Cons: Far from my family and we can't get my wife a job in Potcheftroom

It is a good company and there's a room for growth.
It is a good company and there's a room for growth.You get to learn a lot on the machines. There's opportunity for promotion and career growth as they provide bursaries for people to grow career wise.

Good Interpersonal Relations Being part of a growing organisation and change Granted space to be creative in ensuring employee wellness As a generalist at Executive Level, its good to see the output delivered through team work throughout the four sites nationally. Being able to keep the organisational policies and practices standardised throughout the organisation and maintain consistency. Talent and ability to communicate with people of all levels and different institutions. Good working atmosphere and culture
