Best company to work for. Excellent, supportive and transparent managers. The pay is a bit less than what other companies in the fmcg industry are offering

The work environment is great but little opportunity for a promotion. I get along very well with my colleagues and senior management. The most challenging aspects of my job is the amount of travel that I have to do and working almost all weekends

Great learning curve

Working at RGBC is one of the best experiences. I've learnt a lot in sales and marketing. I believe I'm very good in sales in terms of the talking skills I've gotten to experience. The social interaction has really grown me. Marketing and ensuring people get knowledge about the brands that we have has been a great eye opener

Excellent learning curve on communication

I'm a well spoken individual I believe in the concept of communication is key Time management is important I'm good in conflict management and ITC skills I'm an outdoor type of person who can also jiggle indoor. Can work well independently and again with other people.
