The exposure in the Reinsurance space is truly amazing in

I work for a very good company, which allow for flexible time and the best asset our company has, is the people, we have brilliant people. The management truly has an open door policy, this makes it easier to challenge them.

Pros: The exposure from underwriting to pricing and claims helps a lot because you can just walk over if you have a question
Cons: the company has a very flat structure, so promotions are hard to come by
