Working in dispatch area requires hard work and extra careful as all the components have to be in a good condition. Being able to work in a dispatch area for about 2 years taught me to manage time management. Formidable team always come out the best being able to have a good relationship with other employees makes the job easier and great leadership. I have learnt to always work in clean work place as it also part of healthy environment, always follow the rules and regulations of the warehouse, communication is the key for survival as it is very important. I enjoyed working with my co workers as we always put our job first seeing company moving forward always our first priority as we believe it is our reponsibilities to put out job first. The most challenging aspects was to work in different area as it requires time management.

Brought spectrum in developing a persons skills and learning a lot

Everyday brings up new challenges and we set out as a group to solve these problems and challenges and by doing this we learn a lot by the new ideas from different people and problem solving skills as well as interacting on a much higher level with subordinates.

Excellent team to work with

Great team to work with, great facilities, work that we do are challenging, Culture of all employees are on a top level, Will not benefit anything from HR Manager, All work Operational wise and Central wise gets done by me and no recognition given. HR departments vision and my vision differs hugely.

Pros: Will gain a lot of experience in Automotive and Operational wise.
Cons: Long hours, small salary, no promotion options, seniors are less educated than I am, short time. Etc

There is a new thing to learn every day and time management is very important.

It is a good place to work in especially my department because there are new challenges every day. There is a lot of pressure in this industry therefore planning and time management is very important. The H.O.D assists us and give us opportunities to conduct plant audits.

Pros: Good company culture and great teamwork between the departments
