opertunity to work whole of africa and south africa and abroad overseas in india .spent 7months in india. learnt alot new calture etc. no increase since 2012 misexploited work no overtime incentives.bonuses etc

Learnt alot. need a good fresh new start

i havecome to the point were iv become board as there is no growth in company or such opertunity to move forward. have a close relation with the owners that they feel they may misexploit me. I have learnt an astonishing amount especially technoligies the rest of the world currently using. and have leant a alot of skills. I enjoy travelling abroad for the company. no challenge is to hard for me to overcome . but the empty promises the company make towards my financial growth.
