The company is a dynamic group of businesses that respond to customers needs and market changes quickly. Daily demands include understanding the latest products to be sold market trends on how the profucts have to be sold and the supporting information to track the sales and financial details. The position requires interactions with sales, compliance, finance, operations and fulfillment including customer care. This is not a standard outsource call centre. The custom build sales software has to be flexible and information must be provided timely and accurately. The stock management and income tracking components brought their own challenges and the learning curve was steep. No day is the same and their is no time to be bored. That is what I enjoy the most-learning about new technologies, integration of these components and business development changes.

Exciting Corporate Environment
It was a pleasure working with different facets of the business to achieve a common goal. Being that it was essentially a contact centre environment,i had to liaise with operations which was both challenging but enjoyable so that the best candidates could be recruited.
Pros: Job fulfillment,exceedings targets, incentives
Cons: Always have to be available,even on weekends

Im looking for a job in the admin field
My daily job tasks is mainly speaking to customers, over the telephone, doing there current vodacom account admin work, selling them the latest packages and proccessing there orders. I work with a group of 9 people which we all are accountable for our team target. In my journey at my current company , I have gained better commincation skills, computer skills in various programs, and most importantly working under preasure.
Pros: great room for growth, excellant earning potential
Cons: work on weekends and public holidays

Excellent learning curve
I would love to work in a company where I can grow. I'm a fast learner. I can multitask. I pay attention to detail. I'm very outgoing and sociable. I would love an opportunity to be part of your company. I currently have medical aid and providential fund at my current job so that would also be a preference for me. Great learning experience in sales
It was a terrific expierance because I had been in customer services so learning how to handle customers and that adrenaline when you have made a sale was priceless. I enjoy learning new things all the time its just the low basic that Jade me on my toes. They also had amazing working hours so I understood a bit why the salary was low. But now its time to grow my career that's why I am here applying today.

Good working experience
Its a good place to work when you finish school. Just to get some extra money. You can grow very quickly in the company. Friendly staff. Commission is very hard.
