Great Experience & Learning Curve

I was able to learn a lot about e-commerce businesses as well as about the printing industry - I even learnt and developed basic graphic designing skills and a lot about backend web development. As an Operations Manager I learned some new strategies and procedures which was implemented in order to ensure smooth business operations, I was able to control business workflow with the assistance of my team. Nice & challenging environment. All in all, great team and wonderful boss to work for. Great perks such as company benefits, Cellphone Contract, WiFi at home, Petrol allowance and performance bonuses / monthly incentives. The most challenging parts was not coming from the industry so at first I was unclear about a lot - so it was difficult to implement processes and strategies.

Excellent Work Place

I learnt so much at this company, I was grateful for the opportunity. My boss was a great leader and treated us very well. He was a very busy man but always made time where needed. We could rely on him for guidance almost every time. I had some experience in graphic design, and new things I never did before. Such as basic finance and learnt a lot about e-commerce businesses. Online customer service and face to face services. Backend and front end web development, social media content and strategic planning. I learnt how to work under pressure and how to be a good team leader.
