Hard worker always willing to learn new roles

my role at Revlon was to ensure that production run smoothly by organizing all the resources needed such as components and bulk and am able to work with people from diverse background and I do have scheduling tactics' by outsourcing if manufacturing doesn't meet the customer demand

Pros: growing is my level of my improvement
Cons: used to long wrking hours

I am person who is dedicate to the work and willing to work as team

I wad writting my last two subjects of B tech degree Mechanical Engineering at UNISA and l have completed my National Diploma Mechanical Engineering from Vaal University of Technology and completed the project management from University of South Africa. I have experience on the manufacturing where i was Mechanical Engineering Technician. I wad involved in many activities on the company where i was giving the support to every department in operations.

Pros: I am the person who dedicate to the and have abality to solve problem regarding my given job
Cons: I will follow the terms and conditions of job specification and willing to work overtime

I am still learning

My job is very interesting as I learn new things most of the time, however I do not get enough time to learn more important and challenging things. I work from 7 a.m to 16:00 pm on the normal days and towards and during month end I come in as early as 6:00 am and knock off at around 19:00 pm. We and my co-workers are team players as we always assist each other especially if one of us is not at work and there are urgent things/ work to be done then we prioritise on that. I aslo see myself as a leader as I have trained most of my co-workers and I always ensure that things are done the right way i.e follow the right procedures. Most of the time I work with suppliers and inter-company consultants and I enjoy assisting them in all ways internally and externally.

Pros: Being surrounded by people who support each othet.
Cons: Not having enough time to experience new things within the department and in cost management.

Lots of learning and lots of challenges

It's a good working environment with lot's of challenges. There's unity in the company and people are so friendly. I have learnt that a man can do anything you just have to believe in yourself.

I have learned a lot from the company.to make product from start,

I work as a line operator ,we work as a team because the jobs are not easy to be done by individual,I have really learned a lot there.their products which I used to see on shelves done by me from sretch.we work nyt day and afternoon shifts.my co workers are like family to me because we always helping each other in work environment to make job easier.I really like being in lines doing new product everyday.the most difficult part of it is when running huge orders.the belts runs do fast but still cope.
