It was truly an excellent learning curve.

The company was a great place to learn new things such as IT skills and Development programs. They even gave me an opportunity to implement those skills in the work place.

Pros: gave me an opportunity to study and improve my skills
Cons: there are none that i can think of.

Excellent learning Curve

i enjoy working with these individuals. my boss is a friendly person and allows me the freedom i need to grow within the company (eg. studying). I have learnt a lot about the IT/Software industry as much as i have learned about the Debt Management side.

Pros: a lot of flexibility
Cons: to be honest pay is not that good
