Willing to learn new information
Working in this company that I am in now and in my department as a Learner is so challenging and needs to be more observant and accurate to each and every details to the all the information, you giving out. My Co-worker are the most dynamic people that, you will wish to take home after work just to keep you company. All because of their enthusiastic commitment and team work effort they put in their jobs. I have learned that communication skills and paying details to clients, or employees information is very crucial plus working in a team or as an individual. I enjoy when we get the job done in advance or before the due date and seeing, employees living with the smile and satisfaction of the service we given by us. I had challenges at some point at work where by other employees, does not want to obey or being difficult to maintain the rules, code of conduct plus policy of the company. which lead to disciplinary or dismissal with the immediate effect.

Excellent learning period
I mostly work with people, helping them with their problem and log to the server if i have too, I also check the servers if they up to date, and the critical functions mostly concerning the users account, i keep the relationship between the IT department and the users flowing. I mostly learned how to deal with people, especially where there is conflict, I mostly enjoy making people happy which encourages me to learn more about the environment, the company, different companies that the company work with, and the processes of the company, the hard thing it is when i don't know how to do something and the user want it done at that moment, it sometimes a difficult situation. Overall the job has made me to grow technically, personally and people's skill.
Pros: 2015 was the second hard working person in the company, currently supporting 3 companies in one yard.
Cons: Long hours, working from home, using my equipment for the company

Great Exposure
My Typical work day involves management of limited resources. ( Fleet / Raw materials ). Communicating with service providers within the business supply chain to ensure smooth production and deliveries transpire. Monitoring and updating the monthly budget to ensure cost centre stays on track and within allocated budgets. Approving and scrutinising works orders from service providers. Managing the preventative maintenance plans of the Fleet and Facility thereby reducing the downtime.
Pros: The working culture within the business is very promising as each individual is a specialist in his or her field

Its a good environment to be empowered and grow in a career
I have rotated within the company during my in service training. it has been a wonderful learning curve. I realised that I learn concepts fast and I always try to excel in what am given to do. I learned so much while working on the production line, soldering, assembly, loom and cable manufacturing. As currently I am in the testing and integration where I mainly do tests on the units from the production line, a lot of fault finding and modifications. I work well with people quality inspectors, production line assemblers and my fellow team mates in test and integration department.
Pros: they encourage education and training for the advancement of ones career
Cons: i would like to relocate

Learnt alot
Working at reutech solutions was a good experience as I learnt a lot about working in a big company.... The coworkers are great, always willing to assist and keep a good work environment. The downside is that there isn't much growth company...

Very stable company providing lots of opportunities to learn
Very stable and established company, even though it is also experiencing economic difficulties currently. We are allowed a lot of freedom and are rather measured on outcomes than on time spent at work. We are given laptop computers and 3G mobile connectivity to use offsite. In my environment I had the opportunity of being exposed to a variety of industries (not only telecomms) and projects. Each had/has its own challenges and new things to learn - so this position allows me to learn new things everyday.
Pros: Allowed freedom to perform work offsite if necessary
Cons: Very rigid mindsets and exceedingly aging workforce

Excellent learning curve.
Learning something new every day. I get along excellently with my co-workers. I enjoy learning something new at work every day. I enjoy meeting new people from work. the exposure I get , encourages me to do more in my work.

Maintenance
I do maintenance for SA NAVY communication systems, meaning i can be busy at workshop maybe repairing, and be requested with job card to do an emergency job at the ship before the ship sails.
Pros: Great diverse working experience
Cons: People are not given proper training in jobs that require training.
