Aims and goals

I have been in the Quality Management environment since 1994, and at present, I am a member of the SABS 9001:2015 review and comment group for verification and validation of the new 9001 standard by the South Africa Quality community who are tasked to provide feedback and comment on the specification to the international Quality Community. I would like to grow as an individual in the field of Quality Management and Project Management and I am always on the lookout for possibilities to stay informed and to equip myself with the latest updated knowledge and courses in my field of expertise. Client satisfaction is my ultimate goal and I strive towards the best possible service and or product solution and cheapest method without a compromise of quality or schedule for both the company and the client.

Pros: I have been involved in multiple companies with the same project from the User Requirement stage to the development of products. I know a lot of the history and reasons decision have been made.
Cons: I have been retrenched and will see the project to it final deployment to the end user phase.

Excellent learning curve

The company I work for has a potential for growth, but the reason I'm applying is because I want to explore other avenues and gain more experience in different sectors. I am an electronic tester in production worked on power supply PCBs, front panel PCBs of the transiever radios operate at high and ultra high frequencies. I also does fault finding in PCBs goes faulty. I like to work as a team to achieve our target. I enjoy finding faults in modules.

Excellent fault finding and repairing skills

• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRONIC THEORY. • THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND TESTING METHODS. • FAMILIARITY OF RF (RADIO FREQUENCY) THEORY WITH THE ADVANTAGE AND LIMITATIONS OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS AND COMPONENTS. • EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRONIC SCHEMATICS. • VERY GOOD COORDINATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

Have learned a lot in different department

Reutech communication is a big people driven company with values that are visible through the product which quality is a crucial factor and all in all sustainability is alive in a sense that as much as there's business for the next 20 years still looking for more business and they also compete on the international level

Positivity is the key to great success in every business.

Every day at work is different. You get different challenges, projects to work with, and to plan and prioritising is very important. My co-workers and I always work as a team. If one don't understand something, we help each other in every possible way. I have learnt a lot at Reutech Communications, coming from Production logix. Procedures of how things gets done, and also the most critical parts of your job.

Pros: It is always such a good thing if you can grow within a company.
Cons: Every second year when we are doing team building, it is compulsory for staff to attend, even if it is in a different province. Not everybody can always go because of personal family reasons.

Good learning curve

Willing to go the extra mile, very experienced in the administrative and marketing field.

I get on with all generations a people person and what I love is organizing and seeing the end result and a job well done. I liaise with clients at golf events and enjoy organization presentations at work. I meet all aspects of people. I do all payments for the Local and International departments where I keep control of the budgets on a monthly basis. I learnt how to interact with the Department of Trade and Industry and have a relationship with them.

Pros: I love organising events for the company. eg. year end functions
Cons: Golf events can be tiring especially the water holes, dinner etc.

I’m getting easier to adapt with new workers.

It good to start a new page with nee company. When i am working, i like to make sure I don’t miss any duties that belong to me. I find it easy to solve a conflict and to lead workers.

Pros: To be a team leader

Learned a great deal when it comes to designing

I am a hands-on kind of a person who would like to work in a highly organised environment where I can be allowed to utilise my expertise and knowledge in electrical processes and applications such as designing, testing, troubleshooting, and modifying electronic products. I am an electronic technician graduate from Durban South Africa, offering 5 years of testing and repairing experience. I recently finished my B-Tech in electronics. I have previously worked in Visual basics, Arduino, RF Transceivers.

Pros: Great experience I have
Cons: Long hours is fine

Exposure and growth

Excellent and educational. Team work goes a long way which is why i co operate well with others, not to say i cannot manage by myself but i know the importance of team working.
