Not enough support

Inexperienced merchandisers who are underpaid, ADMS are expected to do the work of 3 people and meet deadlines , all in the name of cutting costs. Even when you pull off the miracle of doing a great job despite having to be so many different people, you get no recognition. But if you sign into a store 1 minute late, you are pulled into a hearing. Management refuse to look at the work load thrown at ADMS on a daily basis as a problem and are completely unapproachable

Working At Retsale Solutions Was Amazing Challange

Working At Retsale Was An Excellent Challange As I Been A Branch Manager Previously - I Have An Outstanding Relationship With My Director And Co Workers - I Have Learnt That I Opportunity Are Given And That Through Passion And Perseverance, I Was Able To Make The Difference Winning The Incentive For Best Display In The Country For Montagu Foods

Pros: There Is Oppurtunity For Promotion
Cons: Working Late Hours Is Not An Issue As I Am Committed In What Ever I Do
