besides taking inbound calls,i had an opportunity to work in the reception in the absence of our receptionist and also to log disputes calls ,besides what i do which is inbound calls and listening to mandates. i got to make friends and learnt not to share personal things with them,just keeping things professional and making small talks and that helped alot,but the relationship is good between all of us as i also learnt this from my precious jobs

Work day

We are currently running debit orders on behalf of various small debit orders. The challenge is dealing with staff who have had no manager previously and are now being advised on the rules of the business. I enjoy working with people and learning new things from other departments, as well as coaching and mentoring staff.

Pros: Good company
Cons: Distance and traffic to Midrand doesnt work for me
