Good company and challeging

Working here is very challenging working with forex and local currency. But i want to change the department because now am in Purchasing department. Relationship is good here.

Pros: It has great opportunity to Young People

A good learning curve.

Our starting time is 07:30, I usually arrived around 7:00am.Our days are really busy, but with 2018's economic ups and downs they happened to be a bit slow there and there .I had a very good relationship with my co-workers, most of them were a really good stuff. Taught, mentored and guided me with work. I was never involved in any conflict with them. I learnt to work harder and be more innovative. I enjoy any accounting related activity. The most challenging parts of my job was trying to get money from customers or asking for orders.I was their student for these past two years. Due to Economic challenges unfortunately couldn't take me permanently.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn everything in every department.
Cons: A Lil bit long hours

Excellent learning curve

Retecon is enjoyable when it comes to traveling. You get to see places and visit different types of industries. You get to learn new things everyday, therefore you hardly get to do the same thing over and over again. All employees at Retecon are friendly and willing to help wherever they can.

Great stepping stone

You are expossed to different departments,one way or another they are linked up,I got an opportunity to work in all derpartments that includes purchasing, account,service,sales,shipping and human resources. That helped me to find ehere my interests were and that's purchasing and creditors clerk. Your customers and suppliers are the most important aspects in the business and one needs to build a great relationship with them.

Pros: Great working experience/exposure
Cons: Unlikely to get a promotion
