A day as a buyer/planner

A Typical day at work making sure all materials are available for the days production. Following up with suppliers that did not deliver the previous day. Ensuring that production runs the shorts first. The most challenging part of my job is that I don not have an MRP system and that I have to work out manually when to bring in material making use of the trial kitting.

Pros: I have been 15 years at this company and knows its ins and outs

Taught me the important of team work, how to build good relationship in the work place

It's it's a good company to work for, it teaches you a lot of things. The Supervisors and management don't seem to appreciate the work we do though.good company
