Great learning experience

Great learning experience and great team environment Reporting to Sales and Banking Supervisor all reconciled sales and banking sheets, report variances.  Responsible for recognizing and accounting for retail transactions and supporting store operations in serving customers  My duties are as follows a) Ensuring daily and monthly reconciliation using reconciliation software (RMS) b) Report variances / issue reports for designated accounts c) Resolve daily sales variances and monitor exceptions d) Respond to inquiries from internal/external customers e) Review and evaluate deposit information, communicate with stores to ensure all tender information is recognized properly f) Prepare balance sheet account reconciliation per store, ensuring their accuracy, proper backup, investigation of unreconciled items all within the established deadline g) Support of internal theft investigations and credit card fraud

Learning curve

Not great at all,store level not enough training and these no growing in the company and success is growing.stock take not done accurately.so we need to apply for better and new environment of work ethics so as to grow in this industry.

Friendly and good communication skills, working as a team, working under pressure.

Customer service-make sure we gave 100 % customers service every day to every customer who enter the store. Good communication - always have good communication with staff and customer. FIFO principles - every time when we merchandise we do First in first out to every stock so that the company must have a positive growth.

I'm a fast learner I'm good in customer service I enjoy being around my colleagues Mostly I enjoy working in a group My relationship with my colleagues is good because we are always in the mood

Gain a lot of experience

Retailability is the company that gives young hard working ladies an opportunity to show case their skills. Though theres a lot of work from sales, admin, floor, stock count etc.

Cons: I worked 9-6 even extra hours we either come early or leave very late
