Fast learner

I work six days a week at a retail store at game stores,as a security supervisor I learned to work with different kind of people and understand them.I like to work as a team and exchange ideas and delivered best to the client.I work with different kind of nations and I gained a lot of experience on how to manage or supervise. I listen to everyone and give the feedback. What I hate is when someone come an still in my working industry, because it make you feel like everyone entering the primesis is a suspect.I work more ours and paid less ours,that takes me down a lot I end up thinking that my company does not appreciate because no overtime is paid although you exceeded you ours.

Pros: I can be happy when I grow with a company and end up on top management
Cons: I don't mind to work long ours as long overtime is there

Start up to success

1.To much pressure 2.Not allowed to make friends with team members 3. It teaches me to work on my own 4. Handling Difficult customers 5. The most challenging is finding my self in my own space and no one to talk to.

Pros: Great opportunity for the start
Cons: Too much pressure

Excellent learning background

Was a very good company and comfortable enviroment.it was so enjoyable until the company closed. I was working so hard and smart looking forward to grow myself for better opportunities with in the business.

Pros: already in the middle management position
Cons: Very long working hours
