Maximise selling opportunities within the parameter of the foods selling plan through the effectime implementation of train notes. Ensure shop keeping discipline are always adhered to. Effectively manage Foods stock inventory systems and eN sure timeous replenishment of merchandise. Manage all foods departmental activities and related financial Coststories against budgets and business plan ensuring foods sales growth is in lin with agreed targets. Ensure risks is managed within the Foods area by accurarely and timeously completing risk audit documentation to ensure compliance. Minimise waste and accurately control stock to prevent skrinkage.

Enjoy solving work problems

I am a mature woman with two adult children, I have had many work opportunities and appreciate a productive and busy day. i am currently working in the retail industry and have been so for the past four (4) years My current possition is working directly with the managers and all staff, working in the retail industry is very challaging and extremly busy not stop go go go . challaging me are the customers some very demanding and some undrstanding, need to have a very open mind and non biast relationship with all. I do the HR wages and cash ups including any other tasks given. My ability to adapt is very easy and I do go with what is needed for the company.

Excelent sales skils training

Every morning I arrive at work at least an hour or hour and a half early, clock in and start packing out the merchandise from the day before "watches, jewellery". When all the stock is well displayed and in order the housekeeping starts, cleaning the counters windows cleaning mirrors and vacuum the carpets. We had a respectable work manner and very professional interaction. I enjoyed the team work that is executed when a high end item was sold and the clients that comes in to the store to comment on good service we delivered. The most challenging part was to sometimes design a jewellery piece and it takes longer than expected to get it done and then having to make excuses to the client.
