Good Promoter and and able to sell

Over the past to years I have double the sales of the furniture that where not even near the daily budget of the department. I have learned to work well with other team members. Initially the company promised to give us incentives when the sales are doing well, I got only paid 500 hundred once during the first six months of starting. But I haven't slowed down on selling I still meet the budget and double it month to month, there is no recognition at all at this company for hard work or dedication

Pros: I would sell anything and promote the product very good

Excellent learning curve

Good learning curve

Work load is getting worse by the day , lack of team work , but I’ve learned what is personal selling about and how important is a customer or client into a business , I enjoy expanding my capabilities and the challenges of the job are that there are too many changes it’s hatd to keep up on what’s happening and the security of the job is unstable

Pros: Great opportunity for those who want to start their own business

Excellent learning curve

Working for Retail marketing services was an excellent learning curve and a good way for me to learn how to work with a team and with customers. It also allowed me to experience working under pressure and meet deadlines. It gave me a wide range of problem solving experience as well as experience to work in different surroundings . I work with many different colleagues and customers on a daily basis and have learned to work well in a group . The thing I enjoyed most of the work was learning the ability to give customers a good customer services.

Cons: No room for growth in the company
