Every day is different, You start with the days work that has to be done and designed. This opened the next week of work you start to plan and get working to make a schedule to complete the work.

Pros: You have a lot of pressure but it is self inflicted
Cons: No good management or communication structure

Exciting opportunity

I could apply accumulation of all my educational and hands on practical experience of many years in this multi versed job. It was a highlight in my career to tender, negotiate, manage an engineering team, recruit where needed, manage, liaise with clients from all sectors, locally and internationally, to produce fit-for-purpose results, deliverables of high quality. It included R&D of a portable gas analyser which was used in Russia, to access the clients level of pollution, and advise a project based solution.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: At times multi facets at the same time.
