Exellent in leaning

In contact centre i learn to work as group have good relationship in the group members . Lean to solve customer problem after send feedback to the supervisor tell them that problem was solve.the working hours was nice because was 07:00 to 16:00 and was also working overtime when we have lot of work.i enjoyed being at resolve because i love my work and they treated their employees well .the challages i face was Afrikaans cource some of the customer the speak Afrikaans only, always when customer speak Afrikaans i send to the nearst agent who will be able to assist with Afrikaans.

Good working environment

Updating files on database using SQL on a daily basisi. Flexible working hours, but free time as is the 2nd line support. i got more time doing nothing.

Great Employee support and development

In my various years I have acquired the following skills: o Execute and perform tasks independently. o Strive to improve skills and knowledge o Extremely well organized and accurate. o Excellent grasp regarding technology I present myself with confidence. I have excellent inter-personal skills and communicate comfortably in Afrikaans and English. Although I enjoy my current position, I feel that I need new challenges which should stimulate my career and personal growth. I am a self-motivated and positive person with the aim to give 110% in all I do.

Pros: many diver opportunities within the company
Cons: My position was mainly deadline driven and sometimes difficulty maintaining a career and household when you are s a single mother

Excellent learning curve

It's a great company. I'm on a learnership. I am basically an operations controller. My job requires answering multiple calls and ensuring that vehicles reach their delivery destinations in time and return back to the distribution centre. I have learned how to work under pressure, because the environmental I'm working in is very busy. I enjoy everything about my job more especially solving customers problem, It gives me joy to hear them happy with my service. The most challenging part is having to deal with irate customers. Coworkers are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Long hours, 12hour shifts
