Good learning experience
Always busy as you create your own leads, call customers daily to set appoinments for test drives. Was welcomed by a loving team including the manager they helped me with almost everything I needed to know as I was unskilled. Corporate world needs a lot of energy and dedication. Most enjoyable moments was when u made an application for a client and is approved meaning they qualify to buy a car. The challenge was when the dealership was quiet especially mid month end meaning prospecting has to be done outside premises as it counts towards my commission structure. Delivery process was one of the stressing matters as you had to explain every aspects of the car to the clients including the feature benefits and intervals of the service plans taken.
Pros: Great opportyunity for network and growth
Cons: Long working hours and also on weekends, was a time where we display cars at malls or shopping centres so with that sunday becomes a working day as well, no off days during week days .Commission was paid per your hard work and sales made.

Excellent experience
s it was about competition on reaching targets, but due to a warm welcome by the team and the manager it became easy to settle. As I was unskilled I learned many things about being on target at a set time and focusing more on details as well as follow - ups when prospecting. The most enjoyable moment was when a clients application was being approved ,meaning my commission structure was growing. The challenge emerged when the dealership become quiet and business is slow it affected my target as well as my commission.
Pros: Growth and network
Cons: Long working hours were the conditions as weekeends was also a working day,when business becomes slow we would even work on sundays at malls displaying our products.
