Cons: Close to 12hours of work per day. Only 30mins for lunch and 15mins tea break.

Everyday is a challenge

Fast paced company with no room for dead weight. Leader in automotive industry. The sky is the limit. Working hours are e freely long. People factor makes it worth it.

Target driven, fast pase. Autobody shop.

Company axpects you to over exert yourself with no extra pay. The only way up is to get another job or threaten to resign. A good first step to learn, but not to grow in a director or manager.

Pros: You learn of insurance, estimation and parts.
Cons: Work pressure to archieve target with parts on back order.
