Excellent job

Was working as a safety officer at rembu .doing the induction .writting reports.doing the tool box talk.doing montly and weekly inspection.checking the ppe to all workers around the site.my relatoonship with co-worker were good .we had a great team worker .taking each other into consideration.have learned that u musnt feel comfort till the completion of your work.learned to treat the employees equally.learned to be patient all the times.i enjoyed most when i was inspecting n doing the risk assessment .the most challenge of the job is when we were doing the audit because ypu have to get 80 pcnt upwards.and its not an easy thing

Excellent communication curve

I was doing risk assessment .tool box talks.induction to everyone on site .training other employees how to use fire extinquisher.admin work also My relationship with co-workers was perfect .we where working as a team.respecting each other.i have learned so many things such as on how to induct visitors .also learned how to do do an audits I enjoyed most when was doing risk assessment because its all about preventing accident before it happens also i enjoyed admin work The most challenge is when the inspectors came on site .n i cnt feel comfort until the completion of my work

Cons: Normal working hours
