Good working condition with excellent benefits in terms of experience.

I make sure that people are working in a safe environment. We treat each other with respect despite the position held in the company. I have learnt that people are different, they have different understanding about their jobs, so I must treat them equally not to treat others in a special way. I enjoyed engaging with my co-workers in toolbox talk twice a week. Training them was so encouraging. The most challenging aspect is when workers do not want to comply with safety rules and regulations, especially if the boss himself does not comply.

Pros: The position was a great platform for my career
Cons: The opportunity ended when I was still expecting more

Excellent job opportunity

i am able to communicate with all levels of personell,computer literate,able to work in a team,able yo compile a safety file,i am also able yo conduct toolbox talk and inductions to new employees and visitors at site,I am also able to identify hazards and assess risks in the workplace and also giving pontetial measures on how to avoid them by making sure that safety is practised at all times.

Excellence learnings

I have learned to work with people and how to take company goals forward, and I have learn that how to make client happy through our service that we provide to them. I also experience the way to deal with issues that are happening within the industry especially to our coworkers How to resolve them and unite those who are involved I am a kinder who dont hesitate when it comes to wrong doing happen around me,I deal with issues same time to avoid time waist I am a delve motivated who always make sure that things are done and dusted within the period of time
