Recycling has an impact on our environment

Working at remade recycling is an eye opening as your learning new thing everyday and made me realize the waste can be reused cause the makes our environment healthier.At remade recycling WE are working as a team just to reach or exceed a certain target that we are given.and highly we exceed the given target that gives confidence and motivation.When we are bailing wet boxes and papers,the are challenges that we meet for an example the machine bales slowly and needs technical and mechanical touches.

Pros: Working as the operator first thing is on the mind when the shifts starts you thinkk of production just to make sure that the are no broken bales cause that leads to company loss.so we as a team we are always hand on and hardworking just avoid damages.For safety we are always cautious ,you think before you act
Cons: Working long hours is benefiting but always be cautious think safety.working 15- 16 hours in a shift can make you sleepy and tired but the mind controls the human body.so I always say to my co-workers safety comes first especially to my assistant.

Exelent listening and peopl skills

Skilled in quality control of production and operation of different skilled machinery. Experience in supervision and improving of production in the workplace. Do all checks and corrections to maintain quality. Co- ordinate teams and general maintenance of machined and dust extraction. Stacking of export, planning loads and import loading. I have good people skills. I enjoy a productive busy day with hard working honest people. I enjoy working with people and with my hands and a challenge for me is to not be able to solve or get a problem solved.

Pros: I dont mind getting my hands dirty
Cons: Very little thing irritate me.

Hard working, Fast Leaner Assist where and when i can,2de level fire fighting, TLb driver,

itIit is a good company to work for but is closing down. Manager don't report all the good that I do in order to receive recognition and grow or even recommend a promotion.i

Pros: Always will to learn and grow
Cons: no always being given recognition for my effords

Long working hours.

Working more hours without tea and lunch time because the staff is not enough.You work while eating.The thing I like about this company is teamwork.When it comes to paying is a problem especially overtime.The most important I like about this company is that it does gives us more work and when you are not lazy you will learn alot.

Excellent learning curve and hard working

We work under excessive pressure because in the workshop there is 3 of us as mechanics and 6 branches to look after but I've really learned a lot here even had achance to grow as an idindividual

Pros: grate opportunity for grouth
Cons: lots of brakedowns and sometimes long working hours

New challenges

New challenges daily. I enjoy the people the most and the little freedom to do your work to the best of your abilities. I've learned a lot from the recycling industry working here. Little communication between Management and floor staff causes many uncomfortable situations. Your input or suggestions are never taken seriously.

Cons: You are just a worker.

im self motivated,well organized and hard working person who is able to perfom well under pressure.I enjoy and accept the responsibilities and challenges.I have learn with different people from differnt levels.I have set of values e.g. integrity,honest,realibility and high level of confidence.

GOOD WORK EXPERIENCE

THE COMPANY IS A GOOD COMPANY BUT THE ISSUES RE THEY DO NOT PAY SALARIES BASED ON PREFORMANCE BUT ON BASIS OF GETTING THE BEST PERSON FOR THE LOWEST SALARY . THEY DO NOT RESPECT FAMILY TIME AND EVEN WHEN ON LEAVE OR AT HOME AFTER HOURS YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE AND AT THEIR BEKONED CALL. I HAVE LEARNED ALOT AND I REALLY ENJOY MY JOB AND THATS WHY I HAVE BEEN SO SUCCESSSFUL , THE COMPANY ISS A GOOD COMPANY BUT I HAVE NOW REACHED THE CIELING IN WHERE I AM AND IT WILL TAKE YEARS BEFORE ANY MOVEMENT

It was a very good experience for me

I've learned lot of thing,working with different types of people. Knowing about recycling and collecting and delivering. Check list was very important because we use different trucks so checking was very important and finishing your schedule.

Pros: promoting comes with your hard work
Cons: we were always working long hours
